星链云科 provides a high-performance "Kinetic Stratosphere" environment including but not limited to:
具体功能、使用限制与服务等级，以您适用的服务等级协议（SLA）、订单或补充协议为准。
作为服务使用方，您声明自己具备相应民事行为能力及签署本条款的法律资格，并有责任妥善保管账户、密钥及其他访问凭证，对账户下发生的行为承担责任。
"You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service's performance or kinetic stability."
未经授权访问、系统性抓取数据、试图绕过平台安全机制或其他损害服务安全的行为均被严格禁止。对于前述行为，星链云科有权立即中止或终止服务，并保留追究法律责任的权利。
在任何情况下，星链云科及其董事、员工、合作伙伴、代理人、供应商或关联方均不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、使用中断、商誉受损或其他无形损失，前述损失包括但不限于因以下情形产生：
These 条款 shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 星链云科 is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these 条款 will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these 条款 is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these 条款 will remain in effect.
