1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Starlink Cloud Tech (hereinafter "Starlink Cloud Tech"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our kinetic cloud infrastructure, AI processing units, or data analytics platforms.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Service Scope

Starlink Cloud Tech provides a high-performance "Kinetic Stratosphere" environment including but not limited to:

  • Autonomous Cloud Computing Resources and distributed node networks.
  • Real-time AI data visualization and predictive modeling interfaces.
  • Proprietary API access for deep-space tech and fintech integrations.

The specific features and limitations of your service tier are governed by your individual Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our infrastructure, you represent that you are of legal age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

"You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service's performance or kinetic stability."

Unauthorized access, systematic data scraping, or attempts to circumvent our cryptographic security layers are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Starlink Cloud Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
Any content obtained from the service.
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starlink Cloud Tech is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.
